Seminar course offering theoretical and comparative study of role of women in various historically influential religious traditions such as in Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, and religions of China. May also include less familiar religions such as Jainism, Zoroastrianism, and Indigenous religions from Africa and of the Americas as well as New Religious Movements. Offered by Religious Studies .
