A knowledge spillover theory of entrepreneurship is employed to link between theories of entrepreneurship and theories of innovation and regional development. Other interconnections are explored at the regional level as firms forge networks, clusters, and specialized markets. The public policy issues of these constructs, including competition policy, industrial policy, and cluster policy, are examined within a regional and global context.Offered by Schar Public Policy/Admin.
