Focuses on policy formulation and policy implementation. The principal arenas of foreign policy are explored, including the White House, the State Department, the defense and intelligence communities, and the Congressional committees. These arenas are both affected by and influential upon the exogenous systems, such as the media, public opinion, interest groups, foreign governments, and international organizations.Offered by Schar Public Policy/Admin.
