Second of two-semester sequence ( PUAD 840 , 841 ) in governance and public management policy concentration. Focuses on division of responsibilities among several levels of government, and between public and private sectors. Explores impact of these divisions on development of public policy in several policy areas, such as urban governance, environmental policy, and health care.Offered by Schar Public Policy/Admin.
