Introduces students to a broad range of nonprofit leadership issues. Examines the challenges leaders face within nonprofit organizations and considers how nonprofit staff lead in communities. Also explores critical nonprofit issues which those aspiring to leadership in the nonprofit sector should be informed and have opinions about, such as the argument that there are too many nonprofit organizations or that more philanthropy should be directed to helping the poor.Offered by Schar Public Policy/Admin.
