This course examines the interaction of mass political behavior and the policymaking process in the American political system. Topics include the antecedents to political behavior, including political attitudes and opinions, and the policy consequences of political behavior. Emphasizes how opinions and behaviors aggregate through the interest group system and the policy process. Content is meant to complement that from POGO 840 .Offered by Schar Public Policy/Admin.
