Catalog description

Provides the philosophical assumptions underlying qualitative research in nursing and health care. Students will examine the principles of study design, data collection, data analysis, and interpretation associated with phenomenology, grounded theory, and ethnography. Description and mixed-methods designs will be introduced. Qualitative research will be analyzed within the scholarship of discovery, integration, and application. Offered by Nursing . May not be repeated for credit.
