The course focuses on all ethical issues that may arise in the financial industry and will include: duties to clients, integrity of capital markets, professionalism with clients, duties to employers, investment analysis, conflicts of interest, and duties as a CFA charter member.The course will directly follow the CFA “Ethics in Practice” casebook as well and include many written case studies from the casebook as assignments Offered by Costello College of Business . May not be repeated for credit.
