This course offers a practical introduction to machine learning methods for business analytics. Students will learn how to explore and prepare data for analysis. They will also learn core supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, their hands on implementation on an appropriate software platform, and how to interpret results to inform data-driven decisions in business problem settings. A course project is required. Offered by Costello College of Business . May not be repeated for credit. Equivalent to GBUS 738 , MBA 738 .
