This course focuses on the mechanics of derivatives markets, with a strong emphasis on identifying and managing risks in financial products. Topics include: rationale behind the major pricing models and their application to derivatives securities, arbitrage and pricing, hedging, common trading strategies with options, and the fundamental concepts of risk measures and risk management.
