Catalog description

Research project, directed reading and/or investigative topic chosen and completed under the guidance of a graduate faculty member resulting in an acceptable technical report, department talk, and/or progress toward the creative component for the MS degree. Students are encouraged to take 3 credits of MATH 798 before taking MATH 799 . Offered by Mathematics . May be repeated within the degree for a maximum 6 credits.
