Differential forms, manifolds, smooth maps, vector fields, the Euler characteristic, integration on manifolds, and de Rham cohomology. Notes: MATH 740 will be an elective course acceptable (but not required) for the PhD Degree in the Mathematical Sciences offered by the Department of Mathematical Sciences. Offered by Mathematics .
