Executive briefings lack the structure of appellate arguments, but they are not informal settings. This workshop-like course teaches and develops student skills for junior attorneys on how to craft and present arguments and information in professional settings, unlike the structure imposed by courts for oral argument for motions and briefs.Offered by Law. May not be repeated for credit.
