Catalog description

Trust and estate planning for individuals with special needs, whether due to physical, mental, or intellectual differences (congenital or acquired), is an emerging subspecialty. Practitioners are tasked with creating comprehensive plans to support these beneficiaries. This course aims to provide an understanding of how to effectively plan in such cases, covering benefits, special needs trusts, capacity planning, and their connection to trusts and estates.Offered by Law. May not be repeated for credit.
