The Startup Company Clinic will be a transactional clinic providing representation on transactional business matters for entrepreneurs and small businesses. Students will work on a range of legal issues related to startup and small businesses, including issues connected to business formation and ongoing business operations. Awards two in-class credits and one out-of-class credit.Offered by Law. May not be repeated for credit.
