This course treats complex corporate and commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions involving public and private company targets and strategic and private-equity buyers; bank financings, including syndicated loan transactions; offerings of debt securities, including private placements, Rule 144A transactions, and public offerings; private credit transactions; securitization transactions; PIPEs and IPOs; venture capital investments; joint ventures; and fund formation transactions.Offered by Law.
