This course will cover a range of national security related laws and related matters particularly applicable to companies operating both in the United States and abroad, including sanctions laws, trade laws, executive orders, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the Foreign Agents Registration Act, the National Emergencies Act, the International Economic Emergency Power Act, the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, the Logan Act, and matters relating to the Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States.Offered by Law.
