Catalog description

This course will compare United States environmental law with other national, subnational, and regional jurisdictions such as the European Union and Asia. Students will learn about the underlying theories of environmental law around the world, and they will have an opportunity to analyze and compare specific regulations and case law. Topics include: Air and Water Pollution, Hazardous Waste, Climate Change, and Wildlife Protection.Offered by Law. May not be repeated for credit.
