This course provides students the opportunity to engage in the global antitrust community by analyzing an active proposal by a competition agency, legislative body or other governmental entity to enact or modify competition law and policy in a foreign jurisdiction. The course combines practical lectures with hands-on experience in research and writing comments on behalf of the Global Antitrust Institute (GAI) along with the GAI faculty.Offered by Law. May not be repeated for credit.
