Catalog description

White collar crimes are nonviolent offenses involving lying, cheating, and stealing. This course will cover selected substantive and procedural topics in the white collar criminal law. These topics will include: perjury, obstruction of justice, fraud, public corruption, conspiracy, RICO, money laundering, and grand jury practice.Offered by Law. May not be repeated for credit.
