Catalog description

This course provides students with the opportunity to engage in the global antitrust community by analyzing an active proposal by a competition agency or legislative body to modify existing competition law in a foreign jurisdiction. The course combines practical lectures with hands-on experience in research and writing comments on behalf of the Global Antitrust Institute (GAI), along with the GAI faculty.Offered by Law. May not be repeated for credit.
