Catalog description

The Copyright Claims Board (CCB) Field Program is a supplement to the Arts & Entertainment Advocacy Clinic (Law 224), which must be taken prior to or concurrently with the CCB Field Program. Students in the CCB Field Program represent individuals, artists, and small businesses before the Copyright Claims Board at the U.S Copyright Office. Students also participate in efforts to educate creators about the Copyright Claims Board and how to utilize it. Course is graded CR/NC; students will receive one out-of-class credit.Offered by Law.
