Catalog description

This course focuses on brief writing and oral advocacy for students participating in extramural moot court competitions. Rules of the Supreme Court, which govern most moot court contests, receive special emphasis. All class participants must be registered for an extramural competition during the semester in which they take the course. This course comes with out-of-class credits. Please check the chart available on the Career and Academic Services Intranet for specific course details. Enrollment with permission of instructor only.Offered by Law. Limited to two attempts.
