Combination of JAPA 101 and JAPA 102 . Intensive introduction to Japanese for students with no prior experience studying the language. Development of oral, interpretive, and written language skills in Japanese through exposure to authentic texts and multimedia, vocabulary and grammar-building activities, communicative tasks, and cultural projects. Offered by Modern & Classical Languages . Limited to three attempts. Equivalent to JAPA 101 , JAPA 102 .
