Provides students with hands-on experience with data from electronic health records. Introduces students to causal analysis of observational data, including propensity scoring and stratification. Provides students with access to simulated data from electronic health records. Exposes students to trends that influence the quality management system and drivers for change, including measures used by CMS to strengthen value based payment.
