Catalog description

Apply evidence-based approaches to analyze public health problems. Students will identify a current public health problem and conceptualize a systematic literature review to examine the existing evidence on the problems’ causes, risk factors, interventions, or policies, then identify the gaps in the literature and explore appropriate strategies to address the problem. Quality assessment of research and meta-analysis will also be included. Students will learn to write a publishable systematic literature review manuscript. Offered by Hlth Admin, Policy/Informatics . May not be repeated for credit.
