Analyzes the quality and systemic challenges in U.S. health care with a focus on political and environmental influences. Discussion of payer reform, technology, scientific advances, consumer preferences, and health equity. As the landscape changes, the fundamental work of strategists must also change, both in response to and in anticipation of emerging trends.
