Trains students in the legal, regulatory, and practical issues in importation and exportation of goods and services. Topics include the theoretical framework for government oversight of international movement of goods; legal issues between parties and governments; and practical training concerning structuring of import and export transactions to avoid legal and tariff liability.Offered by Schar Govt/International Affrs.
