Students will examine how organizations acquire goods and services through structured procurement processes, how contracts are designed and negotiated, and how those contracts are managed throughout their lifecycle. Topics include procurement planning, acquisition strategy, regulatory frameworks, contract structures, negotiations, contract administration, federal sales cycle, and performance oversight. The course provides insights into how companies identify opportunities, position for competitions, develop proposals, and manage government contracts.Offered by SBUS Multidisciplinary. May not be repeated for credit.
