This laboratory course will cover basic laboratory methods in molecular biology. The emphasis will be on existing and emerging techniques utilized in forensic DNA laboratories. Techniques will include, extraction, quantitation, STR typing, and SNP microarray genotyping.Offered by Forensic Sciences. Limited to three attempts.
