Catalog description

This course will provide an overview of the field of criminalistics, with a focus on the recognition, collection, preservation, and analysis of physical evidence. During the course, the student will be introduced to topics such as fingerprints, question documents, firearms, drugs of abuse, explosives and arson to prepare them for additional, more in-depth classes in criminalistics/forensic science.Offered by Forensic Sciences. Limited to three attempts.
