This course is an introduction to the foundations of financial economics. The focus will be on the development and interpretation of discrete-time models of asset pricing, capital markets, and corporate finance. The course is primarily theoretical, with discussions on empirical puzzles. This course is primarily intended for Ph.D. students in finance and economics.Offered by Finance. May not be repeated for credit.
