Provides history-social studies candidates in secondary education with knowledge and skills necessary to meet the needs of diverse learners in the history-social studies classroom. Emphasizes teacher collaboration between general and special education teachers as an authentic model of practice. Notes: Taught concurrently and in close proximity with special education faculty teaching EDSE 662 to emphasize collaboration between special education and general education teachers.Offered by School of Education.
