Provides a comprehensive foundation in spectrum engineering, combining technical depth with policy and regulatory perspectives. Students will explore how the radio frequency (RF) spectrum is allocated, managed, and shared across commercial, federal, and defense sectors. Emphasis is placed on real-world case studies, emerging technologies, and engineering aspects of spectrum monitoring and analysis.
