Catalog description

Analysis and design of CMOS digital integrated circuits. Topics include: MOSFET transistor design equations for “hand” analysis and models for computer (SPICE) simulations; static and dynamic characteristics of inverters; fabrication, mask layout, and simulation; static and dynamic CMOS, pass transistor and transmission gate integrated circuit styles; combinational and sequential integrated circuits; semiconductor memory cell types and memory cell arrays.
