The Insight approach is best understood as an applied human science. Like other applied sciences, it requires students to master an explanatory framework that enables them to frame their questions, formulate their hypotheses, verify their findings, and plan their actions. Thus, the course is designed follow an activity-based, problem-solving approach to learning and using the Insight approach. The objective is to enable students to master the Insight approach by putting it to work, with course meetings build around analytical exercises and activities designed to illuminate assigned readings.
