This graduate-level seminar explores the origins, dynamics, and resolutions of conflict in organizations. Drawing on psychological, structural, cultural, and internal politics perspectives, students will examine real-world cases and apply conflict resolution tools, models and frameworks. Emphasis is placed on practical skills, critical thinking, and theory-to-practice integration. Offered by Conflict Analysis & Resolution . May not be repeated for credit.
