This course introduces students to the principles and techniques of object-oriented programming, including basic mechanisms of procedural programming such as variables, control statements, modularity, and program debugging, as well as object-oriented concepts of classes, object life cycles, public versus private variables and methods, inheritance, and dynamic binding. Students will develop, test, and debug object-oriented programs of increasing complexity. Offered by Computer Science . May not be repeated for credit.
