Combination of CHIN 101 and CHIN 102 . Intensive introduction to Chinese for students with no prior experience studying the language. Development of oral, interpretive, and written language skills in Chinese through exposure to authentic texts and multimedia, vocabulary and grammar-building activities, communicative tasks, and cultural projects. Offered by Modern & Classical Languages . Limited to three attempts. Equivalent to CHIN 101 , CHIN 102 .
