Catalog description

This course introduces the basic concepts and tools for making biomedical measurements, both at the level of electronics and at the device level. At the electronics level, students will learn about basic electronic components, using them to build basic circuits, with emphasis on instrumentation components. At the device level, students will learn to describe instrumentation design and analysis considerations, and discuss practical applications. Students will gain hands-on experience with circuits, basic bioinstrumentation and signal analysis techniques that are fundamental in Bioengineering. Offered by Bioengineering .
