Catalog description

This course explores the multifaceted and broad relationships between artistic practices and lived experiences, examining how artistic expression is deeply intertwined with individual and collective lives and cultural contexts through the lens of curriculum theory. Through readings, discussions, and relational reflection, participants will develop a personal approach to meaningful artmaking, presentation & performance, and curriculum development that extends beyond art education within a classroom setting. Offered by School of Art . May not be repeated for credit.
