Integrates the prevention, recognition, and management of injuries and illnesses during critical events relating to sudden death and prehospital care pertinent to athletic trainers. Develops knowledge, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills needed when applying emergency care principles and skills in a variety of clinical and professional settings.Offered by School of Kinesiology.
