Students will evaluate, assess, and present findings using an organization's budget portfolio and gain a comprehensive understanding of the budget process and the role of the Board; including oversight and management of a board, as well as understanding board functions. Board relationships, including volunteers, are essential through all of the stages of a management career.Offered by Arts Management. May not be repeated for credit.
