Examines foundations, theoretical perspectives, underlying learning theories, case studies, and key enabling technologies to provide context for understanding, designing, and researching learning and educational technologies. Considers technologies for diverse areas and users including teachers, instructors, higher education and K-12 learners, and learning among informal communities of interest.
