Overview of Computed Tomography (CT), including essentials of patient care, physics, and instrumentation, imaging procedures, and identification of common pathology to prepare technologists for advanced practice in CT. Prerequisites: [(Certified by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography or in Radiation Therapy), or (certified by ARRT or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) in Nuclear Medicine), or (Radiography or Nuclear Medicine student currently enrolled at GateWay), or registry eligible graduates] or permission of Instructor.
