3 semester credit hours This course explores the interconnectedness of identity, compassion, and belonging within individuals, workplaces, communities, and society. Learners will examine the ways in which culture, experiences, and environments shape human perspectives, values, and relationships. Emphasizing self-awareness, empathy, and social responsibility, students will gain insights into how systems and structures shape individual and collective experiences.
