54 hours lecture per term. This course is a practical examination of the law of intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets. The methods by which each is created, procedures to register or protect each, duration of rights, protection from infringement, and new and international developments for each of these fields of intellectual property is explored.
