This course continues the study of civil procedures from pretrial through trial, appeals, and judgment enforcement, emphasizing non-expert/expert discovery and trial preparation. Students gain practical experience in all remaining stages of a civil case, with continued coverage of billing and calendaring concepts related to discovery and the trial. (Degree Credit) (CSU)
