F Theory of Coaching Softball

Catalog description

18 hours lecture and 54 hours lab per term. This course is designed to give students the skills, proper knowledge, and mental preparation necessary to play or coach collegiate softball. Emphasis is placed on acquiring specific positions skill, while participating in a team environment. The students will be instructed on how to participate within the rules and safety procedures set forth by the NCAA and California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA).
