54 hours lecture per term. This course provides the student an opportunity to survey and analyze the exercise components that make up our individual physical beings. Students will appraise the concepts of behavior that may result in an optimally fit and healthy life-style. Additionally, students will observe the effects that age has on specific body systems and how a reasonably conceived and defined program of activity and diet may result in improved fitness, wellness and quality of life with advancing years.
